Your email address will not be shared with any third parties, and you may request to have it removed from our system at any time. If you provide us with your email address, it may be used for the following:

  • If you sign up for an AI-Therapy treatment program:
    • Automated reports about your progress
    • Automated reminders to log on to the system
  • Resetting your password
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We will only contact you using the email address you provide at registration.

For AI-Therapy treatment programs, the clinical information that you provide will be used to tailor an individualized treatment protocol. All of your responses will be available for download at the end of the treatment program.

Your clinical data will not be shared with any third parties. However, your data may be combined and/or compared with other users for the purpose of system development, improvement or assessment. For example, your pre/post scores may be average with other users of a similar demographic in order to calculate system-wide performance statistics. These results may be released to the general public. However, no individual or personally identifiable information will be included in any such report.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

The system database is occasionally backed up externally from the main server. When this occurs, all information is protected using AES encryption.
